1. Standard Refund Terms

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled activity – Full refund.
  • Between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled activity, 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity or no-show – No refund.

2. Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made at the last minute (less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time) are eligible for a 50% refund only if we are notified in advance. If no notification is received, no refund will be issued.

3. Changes to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate date or time changes, subject to availability. Any changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity may be treated as a last-minute cancellation.

4. Weather or Operational Issues

If we must cancel the activity due to bad weather or operational issues, you will be offered the choice between a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
